1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the widget to conduct polls that are illegal, promote violence, or violate the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to disable widgets that violate these standards.

2. API Fair Use

Our free tier includes generous rate limits. However, programmatic abuse, attempting to reverse-engineer our bot mitigation, or artificially inflating vote counts will result in an immediate API ban.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for lost data or interruptions in service.
